The 2020 Academy Awards took place Sunday night at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California.

The show, which aired on ABC without a host, honored the season’s biggest films and actors.

Bong Joon Ho’s “Parasite” won awards for best international feature film, best original screenplay, best directing, and best picture. Sam Mendes’ “1917” won trophies for best sound mixing, best visual effects, and best cinematography.

Brad Pitt and Laura Dern won awards for their roles in “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” and “Marriage Story,” respectively. Joaquin Phoenix won an Oscar for his leading role in “Joker.”
