The NFL is getting the parity it loves to see.
With three weeks remaining, there’s no clear top dog in the league, and the wild-card race is thick as ever.
In the AFC, the Patriots and the Chiefs look like the top teams, with the Broncos, the Ravens, and the Dolphins scrapping for a playoff spot.
In the NFC, the Cowboys finally faltered, the Giants are making Super Bowl noise, and the Seahawks remain inconsistent. At the same time, the Falcons are battling the Bucs for the division title, the Redskins are grasping at the wild-card spot, and the Vikings and the Packers just won’t go away.

32. Cleveland Browns
Record: 0-13
Week 14 result: Lost to the Bengals, 23-10
Week 14 star: Isaiah Crowell rushed for 113 yards on 10 carries.
Week 15 opponent: at Buffalo Bills
One thing to know: Some good news, Cleveland fans: thanks to the Eagles skid, the Browns are now projected to have two picks in the top 10. Surely one of them will produce a franchise quarterback!
31. San Francisco 49ers
Record: 1-12
Week 14 result: Lost to the Jets, 23-17
Week 14 star: Carlos Hyde averaged 11 yards per carry on his way to 193 rushing yards.
Week 15 opponent: at Atlanta Falcons
One thing to know: The 49ers are reportedly considering firing GM Trent Baalke and would leave Chip Kelly's fate in the hands of a new GM.
30. Jacksonville Jaguars
Record: 2-11
Week 14 result: Lost to the Vikings, 25-16
Week 14 star: Marqise Lee caught five passes for 113 yards.
Week 15 opponent: at Houston Texans
One thing to know: The Jags have lost eight straight. Head coach Gus Bradley, meanwhile, now has a career record of 14-47 in Jacksonville.
29. Los Angeles Rams
Record: 4-9
Week 14 result: Lost to the Falcons, 42-14
Week 14 star: Kenny Britt had 87 yards on 11 catches.
Week 15 opponent: at Seattle Seahawks.
One thing to know: Farewell, Jeff Fisher. The Rams fired Fisher on Monday after the team secured their fifth-straight losing season under him.
28. New York Jets
Record: 4-9
Week 14 result: Beat the 49ers in overtime, 23-17
Week 14 star: Bilal Powell ran for 145 yards and two touchdowns, including a 19-yard score that won the game for the Jets in overtime.
Week 15 opponent: vs. Miami Dolphins
One thing to know: Considering how poorly this season has gone, Jets fans will take a win. But should they? After all, the win now drops the team out of the top-5 in the draft, according to ESPN projections.
27. Chicago Bears
Record: 3-10
Week 14 result: Lost to the Lions, 20-17
Week 14 star: Matt Barkley played well, throwing for 212 yards and a touchdown on a tidy 20-32 passing.
Week 15 opponent: vs. Green Bay Packers
One thing to know: Alshon Jeffery will return from a four-game suspension this week. He'll be competing for a new contract over his final three games.
26. Philadelphia Eagles
Record: 5-8
Week 14 result: Lost to the Redskins, 27-22
Week 14 star: Zach Ertz caught 10 passes for 112 yards.
Week 15 opponent: at Baltimore Ravens
One thing to know: The Eagles have now lost four straight. Their season is over.
25. New Orleans Saints
Record: 5-8
Week 14 result: Lost to the Buccaneers, 16-11
Week 14 star: We'll give it to Willie Snead for his 85 receiving yards.
Week 15 opponent: at Arizona Cardinals
One thing to know: Drew Brees threw three interceptions and no touchdowns for the second straight game.
24. Buffalo Bills
Record: 6-7
Week 14 result: Lost to the Steelers, 27-20
Week 14 star: There wasn't one!
Week 15 opponent: vs. Cleveland Browns
One thing to know: Rex Ryan said he's expecting to be back next season, but another season without a playoff appearance could make it tough for him. The Bills haven't played playoff football since 1999.
23. San Diego Chargers
Record: 5-8
Week 14 result: Lost to the Panthers, 28-16
Week 14 star: Wide receiver Dontrelle Inman continued his good play, with 71 yards and a touchdown.
Week 15 opponent: vs. Oakland Raiders
One thing to know: The Chargers lost Joey Bosa and Melvin Gordon to injuries during the game. Perhaps no team has had worse injury luck this year.
22. Arizona Cardinals
Record: 5-7-1
Week 14 result: Lost to the Dolphins, 26-23
Week 14 star: David Johnson collected another 121 yards from scrimmage.
Week 15 opponent: vs. New Orleans Saints
One thing to know: The Cardinals have gotten absolutely nothing from their rookies. According to Pro Football Focus, only the Rams have had a less productive rookie class.
21. Carolina Panthers
Record: 5-8
Week 14 result: Beat the Chargers, 28-16
Week 14 star: Kawann Short had three tackles, all three for losses, with two sacks.
Week 15 opponent: at Washington Redskins
One thing to know: Luke Kuechly still hasn't returned from his concussion, and players think he should be considering his future.
20. Indianapolis Colts
Record: 6-17
Week 14 result: Lost to the Texans, 22-17
Week 14 star: TY Hilton caught five passes for 115 yards and a touchdown.
Week 15 opponent: at Minnesota Vikings
One thing to know: The home loss to the Texans just about kills Indy's playoff hopes. The team now needs to win out (against a touch schedule), and needs both the Titans and the Texans to completely collapse down the stretch. Otherwise, they'll be on the outside looking in - and will this loss to blame.
19. Cincinnati Bengals
Record: 5-7-1
Week 14 result: Beat the Browns, 23-10
Week 14 star: Andy Dalton was efficient, with 180 yards and two touchdowns on 20-of-28 passing.
Week 15 opponent: vs. Pittsburgh Steelers
One thing to know: After the game, Bengals cornerback Adam Jones went looking in the trash for "garbage" Browns receiver Terrelle Pryor.
18. Tennessee Titans
Record: 7-6
Week 14 result: Beat the Broncos, 13-10
Week 14 star: DeMarco Murray rushed for 92 yards and the only Titans touchdown on the day.
Week 15 opponent: at Kansas City Chiefs
One thing to know: Marcus Mariota was 6-for-20 for a total of 88 yards. That made him the worst NFL quarterback in a win since 1995. But hey - a win's a win!
17. Houston Texans
Record: 7-6
Week 14 result: Beat the Colts, 22-17
Week 14 star: Lamar Miller ran for 107 yards and a touchdown.
Week 15 opponent: vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
One thing to know: The Texans hold the lead for the AFC South and look to be the favorite to win the division and thus, make the playoffs.
16. Green Bay Packers
Record: 7-6
Week 14 result: Beat the Seahawks, 38-10
Week 14 star: Aaron Rodgers was terrific, completing 18 of 23 passes for 246 yards and three touchdowns.
Week 15 opponent: at Chicago Bears
One thing to know: The Packers have won three straight, but is it too little too late? FiveThirtyEight gives them just a 31% chance to make the playoffs.
15. Minnesota Vikings
Record: 7-6
Week 14 result: Beat the Jaguars, 25-16
Week 14 star: Everson Griffen had two sacks, another QB hit, and a pass defense.
Week 15 opponent: vs. Indianapolis Colts
One thing to know: Adrian Peterson is now off the IR and trying to make a comeback to help the Vikings make a desperation playoff push.
14. Miami Dolphins
Record: 8-5
Week 14 result: Beat the Cardinals, 26-23
Week 14 star: Jarvis Landry made the most of just four catches, going for a cool 103 yards.
Week 15 opponent: at New York Jets
One thing to know: Ryan Tannehill has a sprained ACL and MCL, but that's good news for the Dolphins after it seemed that a tear was likely. Their quarterback may only miss one game.
13. Denver Broncos
Record: 8-5
Week 14 result: Lost to the Titans, 13-10
Week 14 star: Emmanuel Sanders caught 11 passes for 100 yards and a touchdown, continuing his strong play of late.
Week 15 opponent: vs. New England Patriots
One thing to know: The Broncos get the best team in the AFC with their playoff hopes hanging in the balance. Though last time the Patriots visited Denver, the Broncos defense clobbered Tom Brady en route to an AFC Championship win.
12. Washington Redskins
Record: 7-5-1
Week 14 result: Beat the Eagles, 27-22
Week 14 star: WRs Pierre Garcon and DeSean Jackson accounted for 171 yards and two scores.
Week 15 opponent: vs. Carolina Panthers
One thing to know: The Redskins are in danger of finishing 10-5-1 and missing the playoffs. The Giants win against the Cowboys did not help.
11. Baltimore Ravens
Record: 7-6
Week 14 result: Lost to the Patriots, 30-23
Week 14 star: Safety Eric Weddle was the best player on the field for Baltimore, according to Pro Football Focus. He had an interception, a sack, a stop in the run game, and was active all over the field for a PFF grade of 80.8.
Week 15 opponent: vs. Philadelphia Eagles
One thing to know: The Ravens waived veteran kick returner Devin Hester after his indecision on a punt resulted in a Patriots safety. It may be the last we see of Hester in the NFL.
10. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Record: 8-5
Week 14 result: Beat the Saints, 16-11
Week 14 star: Rookie kicker Roberto Aguayo accounted for the bulk of the Bucs' points, connecting on three field goals and an extra point.
Week 15 opponent: at Dallas Cowboys
One thing to know: Make that five straight wins for the Bucs! They're now tied for first place in the NFC South.
9. Atlanta Falcons
Record: 8-5
Week 14 result: Beat the Rams, 42-14
Week 14 star: Deion Jones had a pick-six.
Week 15 opponent: vs. San Francisco 49ers
One thing to know: The Falcons put up 42 points (albeit against a slumping Rams defense) without Julio Jones.
8. Seattle Seahawks
Record: 8-4-1
Week 14 result: Lost to the Packers, 38-10
Week 14 star: Hard to find a star on a team that turned the ball over six times and surrounded 38 points.
Week 15 opponent: vs. Los Angeles Rams
One thing to know: The Seahawks are maddening. Big wins followed by big losses. They're now the No. 3 seed in the NFC, meaning they'd miss out on a first-round bye.
7. New York Giants
Record: 9-4
Week 14 result: Beat the Cowboys, 10-7
Week 14 star: We'll give it to the Giants defense as a whole for limiting the Cowboys to just 273 yards, one score, and three turnovers.
Week 15 opponent: vs. Detroit Lions
One thing to know: The Cowboys are the only team to beat the Cowboys this season - and they've done it twice. While the Giants' offense is uninspiring, the money spent on the defense is paying off.
6. Pittsburgh Steelers
Record: 8-5
Week 14 result: Beat the Bills, 28-20
Week 14 star: Who else but Le'Veon Bell? The Steelers running back rushed for 236 yards and three touchdowns. Decent!
Week 15 opponent: at Cincinnati Bengals
One thing to know: Bell missed the first four games of the season and still is fourth in the NFL in rushing yards. Even better, he and Antonio Brown have combined for a ridiculous 2,746 yards this season.
5. Detroit Lions
Record: 9-4
Week 14 result: Beat the Bears, 20-17
Week 14 star: Matthew Stafford, who ran in the game-winning touchdown on a wild scramble.
Week 15 opponent: at New York Giants
One thing to know: The Lions are close to clinching a playoff berth, but they face the 9-4 Giants this weekend and still have the Vikings and Packers breathing down their necks.
4. Oakland Raiders
Record: 10-3
Week 14 result: Lost to the Chiefs, 21-13
Week 14 star: Khalil Mack was a force, per usual, and especially great in the second half. He had a strip-sack, four hurries, four run stops, and posted a PFF grade of 87.3. Is this the Defensive Player of the Year?
Week 15 opponent: at San Diego Chargers
One thing to know: Derek Carr is no longer the MVP favorite after posting the worst performance of his season against the Chiefs, writes ESPN's Dan Graziano.
3. Kansas City Chiefs
Record: 10-3
Week 14 result: Beat the Raiders, 21-13
Week 14 star: Tyreek Hill was the difference-maker, with a crucial punt return for a touchdown and a second receiving touchdown.
Week 15 opponent: vs. Tennessee Titans
One thing to know: Beating the Raiders moved the Chiefs' odds of winning the division to 70%, according to FPI. They're on pace to have a bye and home-field advantage, where they're 5-1 this season, for one game.
2. Dallas Cowboys
Record: 11-2
Week 14 result: Lost to the Giants, 10-7
Week 14 star: Ezekiel Elliot had 107 yards.
Week 15 opponent: vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
One thing to know: After a poor showing from Dak Prescott in Week 14, the grumblings about a Tony Romo return just won't go away.
1. New England Patriots
Record: 11-2
Week 14 result: Beat the Ravens, 30-23
Week 14 star: Tom Brady! The 39-year-old threw for 406 yards, three touchdowns, and an interception against the best defense in the league.
Week 15 opponent: at Denver Broncos
One thing to know: The Patriots are back to No. 1 after a slip from the Cowboys. As many people noted after Week 14, in a flawed AFC, Tom Brady playing like an MVP may be the big difference-maker.
