Biden is set to loosen guidelines for wearing masks outside, report says

• President Joe Biden is expected to announce updated mask-wearing guidance Tuesday, sources told CNN.
• The update will likely address whether fully vaccinated people need to wear masks outside.
• The risk of transmitting the coronavirus is much lower outdoors, and likely even lower for vaccinated folks.

The EU is suing AstraZeneca over delayed delivery of its vaccine

• The European Commission has launched legal proceedings against AstraZeneca.
• AstraZeneca has delivered far fewer doses to the EU than initially promised.
• It said in January that it needed to cut Q1 deliveries by 60%, citing supply-chain issues.
