- You can return items from Poshmark, but only if the item you ordered never arrives, or doesn’t match the product description.
- This means that you can’t ask for a refund if the item doesn’t fit, if it arrives late, or if you just don’t want it anymore.
- To initiate a return and refund, file a claim on the Poshmark website or the app.

Poshmark is an online marketplace where users can sell secondhand clothing, home decor, and other items.
It’s important to pay close attention to a listing before buying from Poshmark, as all sales are final. Poshmark recommends carefully reviewing the photos, description, and item condition before making a purchase. You can also reach out to the seller for additional details, measurements, or photos if needed.
But if you never receive your product, or it’s completely different from what the listing described, you can return the item, and hopefully receive a refund.
Read on for more information about Poshmark’s return policy, and how to initiate a return on Poshmark online or through the mobile app.

What to know before attempting to make a return
Poshmark notes that a buyer can initiate a return if they don't receive their item, or if the item they received doesn't match the description on Poshmark.
"Not matching the description" can include receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, a fake item when you ordered from an authentic source, and more. If you feel that you didn't receive what you ordered, you have three days from the day you receive the item to report the problem to Poshmark.
Poshmark doesn't offer returns for fit issues or late deliveries. They also won't refund an item that you just don't want anymore.
If Poshmark verifies your return claim, they'll send you a shipping label you can use to return the item to the seller, and refund your money. Returns must be shipped back to the seller within five days in order to be eligible for a refund.
