1. Google faces calls to compensate its underpaid temp workers. After reports that the tech giant illegally underpaid thousands of contract workers, more than 140 Google employees signed a petition calling on the company to properly compensate them – calling it a "massive moral failing."

2. Sam Adams will craft beer using hops sent into Earth's orbit on SpaceX's Inspiration4. The first all-civilian crew took 66 pounds of hops – among other oddities – with them on their trip this week.
